NEVER USE THEM THEY LIE
They pay for nothing fool you with their products, refer you to all the wrong ombudsman to ensure you can not even report them. STAY AWAY from them!!!!!!

Kindly note that upon receipt of your initial complaint, the Pre-authorisation Department as well as the Complaints Department advised you of the escalation process regarding your complaint and provided you with the details of the respective regulatory bodies for ease of reference.
We can confirm that you have been informed if the complaint is related to advise, it should be referred to the FAIS OMBUD. If the complaint is clinical related, it should be referred to the Council of Medical Schemes as Affinity Health is currently under demarcation.
Furthermore, an email has been sent to you with the information for the Council of Medical Schemes.
