Never become a member of Affinity health
I need to get admitted to the hospital but i cant because im still on a waiting period till the end of may ! But that is fine , the only problem is i have a broken Patella and currently have loads of pain !<br> <br> I spoke to a dozen of people at Affinity Health and asked them if it is possible for me to pay an extra premium so they can take me of the waiting period ! <br> <br> Butt no one knows what to do , all they do is take my number and say they will phone me back ! And since thursday last week no one phoned me back .<br> <br> I mean if i didnt want to pay an extra premium i would understand ! It doesnt help at all to have them as a medical aid because they only want money but cant give service ! <br> <br> <br> <br>

As per our records, we have advised you that the waiting periods can not moved/waived if additional premiums are paid.
You have been aware of the waiting periods at point of sale and as per policy documentation you have received from us.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept the payment and use the payment to move waiting periods.
We will also be making contact with you to finalise and resolve this matter.
