MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would personally like to take time to thank Tebogo Mphahlele for her absolutely amazing and out standing customer service, I came onto the medical aid and starting off with a very bad experience that resulted in my using hello peter to complain, from the time Tebogo took over my query I have had nothing but the proper information and the best possible resolution, I'm beyond grateful for the service I received from her as I wasn't the most easiest of people to deal with, she constantly kept me updating as to how my complaint was going with calls and emails. my queries have all been resolved, this is the customer service all agents should inspire to give their customers. your company is beyond lucky to have such a gem working for you. thank you Tebogo for all your hard work and for caring about your clients beyond the call of duty you are a star.
