Misleading clients

What is discussed with you and when you receive the documents is not the same. I had several conversations with Chandre Markham regarding receiving written information. I was told that it will only be sent once the medical information I provide to her is given. My husband, child and myself dont have any underlying conditions nor on any chronic medications. I was put on a senior plan which includes waiting periods from 1 month up to 12 months. This was not what I was informed about.

I requested a cancellation immediately with the Busisewe from the call centre. Hopefully the debit order does not go off on the 1 March 2021.
