Kevin Soobramoney, you are just amazing!!! He just simply phoned me to sell an added benefit to me, BUT he did not just sell something to me, he noticed that I've been paying for an extra dependant for the last 8 months!!!! He did not leave it there, he fixed my membership with the correct amount of people and the correct premium PLUS he went and arranged EVERYTHING for my refund to be paid back to me!! The service industry in our country is shocking, and it really pleases me to see that we still have people that has the s**** to deal with customers and has the passion for it. The fact that he went out of his way to help a customer and not just to get the sale.
