<p>i spoke to a wonderful friendly lady today who went the extra mile in helping me sort out my membership fees. As you can imagine i was a bit cirritated and at no time did she loose her cool. she contacted her finance department in within 5 minutes had the query resolved. In those 5 minutes she sent me 3 mails advising on the process of my query. Once sorted she called to apologise. Kamantha is definatly an embassador to the Affinity Health name</p>
