It's not only a authorisation nr...... It's more then that

Today I spoke to Joanne, what a wonderful lady.. All I needed was a authorisation nr to go see my Gp.... And even thou I'm dnt feel sick.... Only got a bad headache...... And going down hill with depression..... She was so helpful and understanding.... And try to make me feel better in her own way... They are rear ppl that care... And I just want to say thank you.... You made a difference even thou you think you only helped me with a authorisation nr. Joanne keep up that awesome personality you made a difference by me today.
