Another brilliant customer experience with Affinity. Super efficient service, coupled with a consultant(Zanele Rampete)who was extremely patient with the delays encountered on my end during the process. Zanele called me on a daily basis tracking how we were progressing(WOW) But most importantly, Affinity Health has been instrumental over the past few months in ensuring that my family had the best hospital care, and whilst that was happening i could focus on the well being of my family during a really trying time. I would recommend Affinity hands down at any time of the day or night. Thank you Affinity!!
