It is important to note that Affinity Health is a Medical Insurance and not a Medical Aid
It is important to note that Affinity Health is a Medical Insurance and not a Medical Aid. We found this out after having to check our benefits as there was potentially an emergency that could have required an ER visit. I was advised to rather go to a GP for a diagnosis. Fortunately, my condition didn't escalate and I went to see a GP. My interaction with the consultants has been a pleasant experience.
