Incorrect infomation
I contacted Affinity Health via email the moment i received my new members pack as my daughters details were loaded incorrectly.<br> <br> Claudia was on the ball and assisted me immediately and sorted out new cards to be sent to me.<br> <br> Thank you for the good service
