I'm completely impressed about the level of professionalism and the service offered
I'm completely impressed about the level of professionalism and the service offered. Eunicia exceeded my expectations, her patience with my requests and her willingness to provide detailed information without even me asking was simply great, I was skeptical about the whole customer care agents on WhatsApp thing but the experience is much much better than holding on the line for 10min or more for a call center agent to assist.
