I was just assisted by Franchesca Adonis, I appreciated the service
I was just assisted by Franchesca Adonis, I appreciated the service. I asked for authorisation and I got it quick and easy with no struggle. Usually I call for authorisation and I hate doing it because they always ask me why I want to go to the doctor. I have unlimited visits, I dont wnat to be forced to tell anyone what's wrong with me except for my doctor. Which is why I appreciate that Franchesca didnt ask me that, she just asked which GP I want to go to and gave me authorisation. Plus, when I request a call back for authorisation It takes hours for someone to get back to me.
