I was assisted by Mandisa who was extremely helpful, friendly and highly competent. Almost no wait time in the phone queue and smooth and speedy assistance with my requests. Mandisa is very knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to interact with someone who really seems to enjoy her work! Very happy with Affinity.
