I only gave a 4 star rating because it sounds rebotic. And not the telephone signal, but robotic in the sense of it sounding like there is a script and the consultant just keeps going and going. After every benefit is read, perhaps ask 'do you have any questions?' or something. Other than that, Brandon Singh was great
