I hope its not an emergency

They seem to do all they say they will do but they will go out of their way to make everything as difficult as posible. You will have to Whatsapp and phone multiple times to get pre-authorisation. You will wait for hours (like 6 of them) to get the approval. You will have to get multiple authorisations when you need to go to the hospital, 1 of casualties and then again for x-rays etc. All of this makes me very concerned about how a serious emergency will be handeled.

Im going back to Medical Aid as I cannot handle this any more.
