I had a difficult time trying to change my residential address on my policy documents, since the initial consultant at Affinity had typed it out incorrectly. What should have been a quick fix, the consultant kept making false promises and delaying the process by nearly two weeks. Fed-up with back and forth emails to the consultant, I decided to call the affinity customer care support number. Thankfully a helpful and patient consultant (Thuthuka Khumalo) managed to sort it out efficiently and quickly. Thuthuka was polite and professional and understood the urgency in the matter. Thuthuka Khumalo is a great help at Affinity.
