I had a claim that had pre-authorisation. It has been sitting for more than a month, the provider followed up with me for payment as Affinity has not done anything with the claim yet seemingly, so I reached out and got connected to Patricia. She took all of the information, told me what the problem is, had it resubmitted for review and confirmed she will make sure the provider is updated with the progress. It was so easy, she knew exactly what to do and what questions to ask. Loved her friendly and to the point service!
