I called in earlier today to get authorization for my doctor's visit and they said I would be called back to confirm and I did get the call

I called in earlier today to get authorization for my doctor's visit and they said I would be called back to confirm and I did get the call. Was told that the number will be sent to me . I waited for like an hour before I had to call back again and thankfully Precious assisted me and made quick work of it and sent me the number while I was on the call with her. That definitely made up for the wait. Thank you
