I called in and I was unsure if the dentist we wanted to see was under the Affinity scheme, I spoke to Mandisa and she went through the list of Dr's and when she couldn't find the Dr, she asked me to hold so she could call and find out for me. She did and came back with great news. She listed out our benefits and made sure I had the practice number and the physical address. She gave me a really good service
