high level professionalism in responding to inquiries by clients and or prospective client
the agent by the name Tshegofatso from affinity was very professional in the manner in which she had assisted me on my inquiry, her product knowledge in impeccable, she exercise atmost patience and was very helpful in that after my inquiry i got all the information i wanted to know. i thank her for her professionalism.
