Helpful pre authorisation consultants at Affinity Health

I would really like to thank Thabang , Nozipho and Anne , the 3 telephonic consultants who helped me get emergency care and hospital pre authorisation for my wife who was having extreme abdominal pain . My wife could hardly stand or walk. My wife has been with Affinity for 5 years but this was the first time that she had to go to hospital for an emergency surgical operation using Affinity Health Insurance. The above 3 consultants made sure that she could be admitted to Busamed Emergency Unit in the Strand ( We live in Gordens bay) where they stabilised her and got the pain under control. Busamed is not affiliated with Affinity so we drove through to Vincent Pallotti Hospital where she had an emergency operation and is doing well. Affinity Health Insurance works differently from a regular medical aid but your very efficient and friendly consultants always called the hospitals ahead of time to arrange pre authorisation with the necessary.
