Hassle free claim - great customer service

In April this year I had taken out a dental insurance with affinity health The policy was easy to take out but then I occured a problem with my waiting periods Shivani Naicker from the complaints department assisted with great news my issue was resolved.. Then I had to have 2 crowns done and I had to use my insurance now, the dentist was going to charge me medical aid rates which was exorbitant, I then decided to pay cash and claim back from the insurance as it was a cheaper option Shivani Naicker again came to the rescue, Affinty health should be so lucky as to have an employee of great character, attention to detail and as well as meeting and going over and above of meeting my needs she had called my dentist, made the arrangements for paperwork and I have just receieved my payment with no issues. Might I add this is not in her jurisdiction I myself am very impressed with her and believe that other staff can learn from her as she sets a great example of taking the time to ensure clients are satisfied. She portrays such patience and enthusiasm to go above and beyond my sincere heartfelt thanks to Shivani Naicker from the compliants department and affinity. I do believe that if affinity employs more people like Shivani the business will grow even further.
