Happy client. 3 years with Affinity.

I genuinely am happy with the service we receive at Affinity, things happen, we all make mistakes and sometimes the message does get lost in translation. However, Thato Mashela has been hands on from the beginning of the process, from my son leaving the Dr's office, being referred to a specialist, communication with the specialist reception, making sure and checking up on my son's progress in terms of health, she's been making sure that I follow all instructions, signing all necessary documents, sending necessary documents, and I think honestly it has been emotionally taxing but the trajectory of how this process was resolved (successfully that is) is all thanks to her. Today my son is undergoing surgery, she called this morning to wish us well and send through all outstanding documents. The 5 star is well deserved.
