Great Service from Titus Matlanye
I contacted Affinity Health about the costing of my chronic medication. I was assuming i was not going to be succesful in the application after communicating to 2 seperate individuals, until Titus Matlanye responded to me.<br> <br> After sending me the documents, he was willing to do the follow up with my doctor to provide the necessary information. He kept me informed on the process at all times so i knew where the processing was.<br> <br> I am truly grateful that he followed up and got me a succesful result, even willing to follow-up so that i get pre-approval BEFORE going to the pharmacy.<br> <br> This for me is outstanding service as he has managed to resolve a finacial crisis for me. Thank you again Titus.
