Great Service from Online Consultant.
I am writing this review off my own profile as a person working for a Dr. and dealing with Affinity as a service provider. I am ONLY writing this review to praise and compliment Tshegofatso, because my dealings with Affinity to date have been less than pleasant, however, this individual really goes beyond and above, and I believe in giving credit where credit is due, my issue and query is not resolved as yet, BUT Tshegofatso 'chatted' with me online, tried to assist and gave me the details that I required to escalate the matter further and report back.
Please not my review is on Tshegofatso ONLY, and not Affinity as the jury is still out on my rating on the company, but well done to the individual representing the company.
