After having the medical insurance for a while and only having used it once, I recently had to go through some procedure that requires the hospital , so with not so high expectations because it's always highlighted that it's not a medical aid but insurance, I made the call and was assisted by Boitumelo matubane (I hope I got the surname right) yoooh she requested documents from me and what truely stood out for me is that she took initiative to call me the next day to check how far I am with the documents and just by that I started having some hope..from thereon i felt and experienced personalized service, the constant updates and communication between us really gave me Soo much hope. She attended to my request all the way without any dragging. I really did not have any expectations but she knows I am a happy client.
