Great Service
I requested more information on benefits and the reply from Siya was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. Keep up the good service. <br> <br> I just like to make a suggestion and I hope it will be looked into. <br> <br> The casualty Room benefit of R2000. Please can this benefit be increased to R4000 or more, in the future because at Unitas Hospital just to use the room, they charge a fee of R800. The medication and consultations fees are not included at all, so if you add everything together it is way higher that R2000.<br> <br> Please let me know on this matter the outcome.<br> <br> Thanks again for the great service and payments of claims.

The Casualty Room benefit is also an added benefit that was introduced at the beginning of this year and the benefit is also increased when taking our Combined Cover.
