Great experience

Short and sweet. Affinity never failed us. Three weeks ago my girlfriend was admitted for a big operation and it was fully covered at a private hospital and she’s only been on the policy for 5 months. I was rushed to hospital on Saturday 30 October after rupturing my Achilles’ tendon and trauma was fully arranged and paid for. All this was made possible by Melissa at Affinity (sorry Melissa I didn’t get your surname). You were an absolute star at that time of panic!

Then another massive thanks and appreciation to Samantha Snyders arranging the operation I desperately needed. The hospital was paid the same day upfront only on an estimated amount from them and the paediatric and anaesthetist also got their guarantee of payment from Affinity. I haven’t been with Affinity more than two years and the two operations were around R100k. You guys were awesome and you have a client for life. I’m telling everyone I know about how great you are and were to us. Much appreciated guys!
