Great Customer Service from Affinity Health

I changed to Affinity Health from another medical aid in June and must say I am very impressed. Their premium per month is so reasonable and the customer care agents are always helpful and reply extremely quickly when e-mailed. I have had no problems with them paying any doctors visits (as long as the doctor is on their list) or prescribed medication (again according to their list). Can recommend this medical aid to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to most medical aids.
