Good Service from Ashley

I phone Affinity to enquire about a payment that was not made to my GP. Ashley was very friendly and dealt with the matter with urgency. It was quickly concluded that the fault was not on Affinity’s side, but on the part of the doctors account team.

I really appreciated the quick service and prompt answers Ashley provided.
