Good Service at Affinity Health insurance

Excellent service from Vanessa Madonsela from Authorisation dept who responded to my complains and concerns regarding Affinity package. She is very efficient and clear in her explanation. It was bit scary at first cause i have referred quite a lot of people in joining this insurance and have moved from medical big company however thus far the service is excellent. I hope it will stay like this and the right consultants will be credited for the excellent work done. Excellent service for Bubbles as well who assisted me very professionally with caring in her tone. Furthermore I will continue to bring more clients to the organization and hope the service will remain the same.
