Good Service... Always #Affinotyhealth
I would like to give some good service stars to Affinity Health. Since I have joined, every call was answered the first time, every query was resolved before the call was ended, information was given before I could ask the question. Even today when calling to have my Dentistry benefit explained, Lee gave me good advice amd made me feel good about calling in to request the information first. I deal with medical aids/insurances on a daily basis, and always give a patient good praise for being Affinity.
Big Ups to all your hardworking, dedicated staff!!! ❤️
