Good service
I truly appreciated my interaction with nurse Precious Mahlangu via WhatsApp. I felt heard and understood. Where another nurse would've probably just handed me a prescription ( this has been my experience previously), she referred my son to a Dr's consultation. This was so significant because it turned out that my son needed the medical attention as his condition was worse off than I even thought/caught on. I found myself being grateful. Overall, Affinity health insurance has been good to me and my family.
