I just want to recommend Wesley Brits from Affinity Health in responding within 5 minutes after I've sent a email with regards to amendment of my policy. He always has a smile in his voice and a pleasant attitude. He really cares about his clients and will go the extra mile just to ensure that everything is to clients satisfaction. Well done Wesley, keep up the good work.
