Gabriel Mtimkulu's a star!
I was really upset after mailing the brokerage since may. I called the call centre and Gabriel Mtimkulu was so polite despite me being on edge with him. He reassured me that clients are Affinity top priority and apologized despite him not being at fault. He assisted and because of his attitude and service, I chose to stay one of affinities clients and recommend them to my friends and Family. Thank you Gabriel Mtimkulu, I hope you are rewarded for your amazing service!
