********** Debits

Hi I joined up with Affinity Health in March 2020 just before lock down was implemented, I therefore cancelled my policy with them the end of March 2020 before my policy was supposed to kick in, as I was not able to afford it during lock down, still they tried to debit it from my bank account and when I went called them they refused to cancel my debit pending as I realized the second month that they have still not cancelled this policy on their side. I had to wait for my account to be debited and still I've been calling them with no positive feedback the consultant Mr. Kevin Soobramoney who assured me that this will be sorted out refuses to get back to me or reply on my emails. During the dire hard times we face now I have no food to give my family as I was ****** of my money by Affinity Health. Every time I call the agents talk to you with smiles in voices listening to your plea for the YOUR OWN money they took from you **********LY..Can some one maybe assist me as I don't know what to do anymore?
