I got my refund within a day, thank you very much for keeping to that promise.

Today I received an email from Affinity that I must pay R 270.00 for treatment that was done after termination date. My policy was only scheduled for termination on 31 December 2016. This was on 23 December, the same day I had to pay for my own medicine as my policy was "Cancelled" according to Dis-Chem as well.

When I phone Affinity that same day I was told that the policy is still active and that I should send Dis-Chem slip to the claims department, which I did not do as I am already so disgusted with the service from Affinity that I do not want anything to do with them more than what I needed to.

Clearly Affinity does not know what the hell they are doing, took us 4 months to join because of incompetence from Affinity staff, clearly even a simple cancellation is a task too complicated for them as well.

I am waiting for someone to contact me and infrom me that this payment will be handled by Affinity as well as confirm it in on email.
