Good day, my compliment goes to Ms. Dimpho Pule at Authorisations. I phoned in on Tuesday, 7 December '21 to get pre-authorisation to take my son to the doctor. She assisted me very friendly, caring and helpful! Unfortunately the line cut us off after I received my auth. no. I just want to say that she's a great person to have on your team!
