Hi,

I joined Affinity Health a couple of months ago, yes sure there was waiting periods but after that I wasn't really satisfied with the benefits, only certain doctors in certain areas in Cape Town are working with Affinity Health and the other you need to pay yourself, and only get half the consultation back if you claim.

Also had to visit a hospital, also not in their network, had to pay x amount and wasn't able to claim it back. I see that "unlimited" doctor consultations a bit misleading because I'm not going to drive from point a to point b to not pay for my consultation, if the drive is 50km plus.

All over I don't have any issues with Affinity, it just didn't cover my needs.
