FED UP

I was signed up, by a very polite gentleman, for the combined option, but when needing to inquire about some things, his number was no longer working. The terms I agreed to, were suddenly different when needing a procedure done. I was told they won't cover anything, as my benefits start on the 1st of May. The appointment was for 6 May. I paid my own specialist visit, without requesting assistance. I have already paid for my first procedure. There were 2 more needed. The agent said I must produce the last year's worth of things I went to a doctor for. She then said once they do ever contribute, they will only pay R2000. That's literally a little less than my monthly installment. There is never any telephonic communication, it is all done by WhatsApp chat, it's so frustrating. I am so tired of medical service providers offering services and when you need them, it's like they give you a slap in the face. Quick to debit your account, but non existent, when you need cover.
