Fast and Efficient Service
Good day,
I just wanted to express my delight at such fast and efficient service by Phumi who assisted me via the live chat option on the affinity health website.
Phumi seemed knowledgeable and very professional. She even sent me the brochures about the packages I was looking at before I even asked.
I must say that after having such efficient service from Phumi, it makes me confident enough to want to look at changing over medical aids to affinity health.
