Fantastic Customer Service - Affinity Health Tshilidzi Treasure Mushaphi
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tshilidzi Treasure Mushaphi, Pre-Auth Agent recently. I am so impressed with him, he is professional, prompt and efficient. He has a fantastic attitude and his customer service is on point. Well done Treasure and thank you for being awesome. Dee French

08 Dec 2020, 15:08Thanks for responding, I also want to compliment Anneke de Beer who assisted me with authorization for a hospital procedure. I was very stressed out and afraid as it all happened suddenly. Anneke has a lovely calming manner and made me feel so much better. She is also super-efficient and professional. My experience with both her and Treasure was a very positive experience and I commend Affinity Health for having such fantastic staff members.
