Extremely upset with Affinity Health Insurance
They refused to pay my hospital bill in full and did not cover emergency surgery I had to have at Bayview Hospital in Mosselbay in July 2018, leaving me with huge outstanding medical bills. Despite the hospital obtaining an authorisation number from Affinity.

Please note that you have been covered for your 6 day hospital stay with R6 000 for day 1, R5 500 for day 2, R5 000 for day 3, R4 000 for day 4, R4 000 for day 5 and R1 500 for day 6, making the total benefit amount R26 000 from the Daily Illness Benefit.
