Extremely upset customer!
<p>A few weeks back I gave a good review on Affinity Healths service but I would like to retract it as I have come to learn that they have STILL not paid out my claim from 3 months ago! I am being hounded by Doctors who are threatening to hand me over and when I contact Affinity health I get "I will send proof of payment as soon as I receive it." Which never comes -5 promises never kept! I think it's disgusting that I pay for medical aid to cover me for hospital claims but am in constant worry of being blacklisted anyway? I would really advise no one to take up a policy with affinity health as it seems they are not paying out claims but are gladly taking hard earned money. This is not what I pay for! Disgusting service! </p>
