Exceptional Service
Called in this morning for pre-authorization and was assisted by Sifiso Zikalala he was kind and sympathetic yet professional. I must say that I felt much better after a simple chat to get an authorization number as a single mum it's nice to be shown a little sympathy sometimes. Thank you Sifiso for the excellent service. ???
