Exceptional service delivered by Sydne Chandler
Sydne Chandler delivered exceptional service in arranging authorisation for my operation. He kept me updated by the minute, clearly explained the Clinical Review, authorisation processes and what was needed. He offered to assist with any issues and even offered to follow up with a call to the Dr for the Injury Report. His tone was helpful and kind throughout. Within 25 hours all was authorised and paid for. Sydne gave me complete peace of mind in dealinig with something that is very scary for me. He deserved 5 stars!
