Exceptional Service
I had the opportunity to deal with Zanele Rampete at the Call Centre, what an absolute pleasure! She open up a case for me, assisted me all the way from getting all the correct info for the claim to following up on my fathers progress. She is very professional and you can hear the passion for her job in her voice !
