Excellent Service - Thank you Anche

I had the pleasure of dealing with Anche via Whatsapp today and what a pleasure it was.

I recently joined Affinity Health and noticed that my son's date of birth was incorrect. I initially sent her the incorrect info :( and only noticed once she had already made the change. I then sent her the correct info and she gladly updated it again WITHIN MINUTES. This is definitely the type of customer service that I wish all businesses had.
