Excellent service received

I would like to commend Tshilidzi Treasure Mushaphi for going above and beyond his duties. When he could not reach the hospital to email through the pre-auth docs to them he phoned on my husbands phone so I could take the phone to reception. He also called back the next morning to find out if my husband was admitted or discharged. What a pleasure to work with you when a situation is stressfull. You helped with the pre-auth and everything went smoothly. Thank you very much
