Excellent service - Joshua Africa
Joshua Africa Assisted me so well with my query @ Affinity Health. Many consultants tried to assist But Joshua done a first call resolution. He promised to call me back which he did, he gave me a detailed breakdown of my query and assisted me till the query was resolved. The query lasted for about 1 1/2 month but Joshua kept me updated and constantly communicated with me till the very end! We need more call centre consultants like this! Thank you Joshua and Affinity for your great service!
